3. Women entrepreneurs career maturity is as a process of raising capabilty of woman entrepreneur so they have readiness and confidence to realize a career as an entrepreneur. The value of this concept is as a mediating variable among background factors (personality, learning, environment, strategy) toward the success of women entrepreneur. The purpose of this research are twofolds. First, it is to investigate the influence of entrepreneurial orientation, entrepreneurial experience, need for achievement, instrumental readiness toward woman entrepreneurial career maturity and success of business. Second, it is to investigate the influence of woman entrepreneur career maturity on success of business. Respondents are 110 women entrepreneurs in Semarang The data was tested using AMOS software version 22. The results demontrated that the entrepreneurial orientation, need for achievement and entrepreneurial experience positively influenced woman entrepreneur career maturity. The entrepreneurial orientation and need for achievement showed positively influenced on Success of business. The effects of woman entrepreneur career maturity on success of business was significant and positive. However, despite their positive influences, the effects of instrumental readiness on woman entrepreneur career maturity, the effect of entrepreneur experiance on success of business and the effect instrumental readiness on success of business were insignificant.
